La Fee Bohemian absinthe is a modern take on the Czech Republics Bohemian style absinthe. They have been able to capture the essence of the Velvet revolution back in 1989 & pay tribute to this style of absinthe by dropping the ‘e' on the end of ‘absinthe'. It is still distilled with the traditional Grand Wormwood (Artemisia absinthium) but has a much lower anise content compared to the French style of absinthe making it an ideal ingredient in cocktails, both modern & traditional. It has been popular in the bar & club scene, mainly due to its electric blue colour & ability to mix with cocktails.
