It has been popular in the bar and club scene, mainly due to its electric blue colour and ability to mix with cocktails.

They have been able to capture the essence of the Velvet revolution back in 1989 & pay tribute to this style of absinthe by dropping the ‘e' on the end of ‘absinthe'. It is still distilled with the traditional Grand Wormwood (Artemisia absinthium) but has a much lower anise content compared to the French style of absinthe making it an ideal ingredient in cocktails, both modern & traditional. It has been popular in the bar & club scene, mainly due to its electric blue colour & ability to mix with cocktails.
