The Teeling Whiskey Distillery is the first new distillery in Dublin in over 125 years & is bringing craft distilling back to the very heart of Dublin city centre. The new distillery sits a stones throw away from where the original Teeling distillery was built in 1782. Teeling only produces small batch whiskey of the highest quality, every bottle carries the signature of Jack Teeling along with details of the casks used & when it was bottled. The Teeling 30 year old is the Platinum standard of the Teeling range (think gold but better) with only 250 bottles produced this is one of the rarest Irish whiskeys out there. Distilled in 1983 & allowed to rest for over 30 years in Bourbon cask, this limited edition whiskey has been hand selected for its distinctive taste qualities. The whiskey has inherited a huge amount of character over its 30 year journey leading to a complex floral nose with deep layered flavours & a long luxurious finish.
