The Teeling Whiskey Distillery is the first new distillery in Dublin in over 125 years & is bringing craft distilling back to the very heart of Dublin city centre. The new distillery sits a stones throw away from where the original Teeling distillery was built in 1782. Teeling only produces small batch whiskey of the highest quality, every bottle carries the signature of Jack Teeling along with details of the casks used & when it was bottled. The Teeling 26 year old is the gold standard of the Teeling range with only 1000 bottles produced this is a very special limited whiskey. Distilled in 1987 & initially matured in bourbon barrels for 25 years this whiskey is given extra maturation in French white Burgundy wine casks for a further 12 months to add an extra layer of complexity.
