Gaining its name from an abbreviation of the troy ounce gold measure, Toz rum is stilled in copper pots before being aged in American white Oak Casks. After 7 years, it is charcoal distilled to remove any colour from the ageing process & a wonderful, crystal clear rum is produced. An enticing scent of desserts, such as vanilla ice cream & butterscotch, combined with the reminiscent rum & raisin, greet you as you open the bottle. The first mouthful brings in the vanilla & butterscotch, slowly awakening the rum & raisin in the background before finishing with a slightly dry, mineral tang that is entwined with the ever present vanilla.
