Tamper with time when you hop onboard the London time tour bus! Let the ever-so-slightly eccentric Professor Quantum & his time team show you the sights of Old London on this fun trip for all the family. Prepare yourselves for a magical journey with a difference… You will be travelling around central London on a beautifully restored 1960s Routemaster bus. However once onboard you'll realise this is no ordinary double decker. Indeed there's a strange mix of the old & the new with a high-tech audio visual system that could be from the future & some very strange-looking gadgetry too.' That my friend' as the inimitable Professor would say 'is my patented time travel technology'. As he starts to manipulate time you'll tour London discovering what it was like on the olden days where beheadings invasions plagues & peasant un-rest was the norm. Then there's a look at current London & even a little peek at what's to come
- he's been there already after all! But who is old Quanto as he is affectionately known? His bus tour colleagues will tell you his origins are elusive but with a sharp wit he's scientifically literate & historically accurate too in his comedic presentation of London life through the ages. Indeed this undisputed master of time lists his hobbies as 'hot baths vanilla ice cream & reading books about trans-dimensional interstellar quantum particle theory & its applied uses in time travel' (not all at the same time we presume) so prepare for a time-twisting tour. During the voyage your knowledgable host will share anecdotes & stories about his travels (he's seen pretty much everything through the centuries after all). He'll point out the places where all the action took place & you might even see some footage of the events & fascinating historical figures too thanks to Pro Quanto's time phone. We think riding around on a London time tour bus is one of the most entertaining ways to visit the capital. Why bother trying to get to grips with the tube map or getting lost on foot when you can just let this expert of time guide you around old new & future London?

Product Description

Now here’s a great little idea
- a unique sort of self-guided tour of London combined with tasting vouchers! With these Taste Explorer packages you will be sampling the best coffee chocolate or beer that artisan London has to offer every step of the way.

The way these self-guided tours work is really clever. The explorer pack you receive has all the info you need (and more) to be able to wander around the capital tasting as you go with the help of the online Taste Tripper Explorer app. You’ll need one internet-connected ‘phone for each taste explorer participant.

Let's take the London coffee tour for example. You will be able to see over 100 h&-picked & expert-recommended coffee shops on your detailed map.  Once you’ve selected & arrived at your chosen coffee location you simply activate the relevant online voucher (you have eight in total) & that will be exchanged for your coffee tasting experience. It could be an espresso a flat white or anything from the coffee menu
- it depends on the venue.

Having sampled your caffeinated delight your online activation also unlocks a deal that you can benefit from with in-shop purchases. It could be a buy one get one free deal on coffee beans or 20% off a funky cup but it has to be done at the time of tasting so make sure you don’t miss out on the best coffee deals in London!

The chocolate explorer works in the same way. You have eight vouchers each to visit some of London’s best chocolatiers to taste their finest wares. Again the tasting might vary & it could anything from a 10 minute tour of their chocolate laboratory to a presentation of their award-winning truffle which you then get to sample for yourself.

When it comes to the beer of tour of London it’s craft beer all the way as you visit the highly skilled smaller independent brewers & retailers who are making craft beer in the capital into a veritable art form. & a very tasty one at that with six online tasting vouchers to activate per person. You might get to learn about the brewing process or you might taste a newly launched beer.

Whichever self-guided tour you choose it’s all at your own pace & doesn’t need to be done all on one day. Perhaps just as well as eight espressos in one tour might be a bit much even for hardcore coffee fans. No doubt the chocolate & the beer versions will be deemed infinitely do-able in a day though! We think these are great presents for foodies to be able to combine tasting & exploring in London.
