Enjoy an exclusive Surrey helicopter tour for up to three people! Whether it's to share with friends or family you & your loved ones will adore these Thames Valley helicopter flights that are chartered just for you. This part of the world is fascinating to explore - & made all the more exciting by the fact that you'll be doing it in a helicopter! The base for this chopper is Blackbushe Airport. After life as an RAF base scheduled flights started operating out of this conveniently located Surrey airfield. This was commercial air passenger travel in its infancy & it was a busy time for Blackbushe. Then a little old place called Gatwick opened & the airlines moved to there. After a fair few wilderness years the airfield is now a busy General Aviation airport in the heart of the Thames Valley with helicopters microlights & other light aircraft on site. It's a great little location with a warm & friendly welcome. Not only is it ideal for flight training it's also ideal for sightseeing expeditions like these exclusive heli tours around the local Surrey area. When we say exclusive that means you are chartering the whole helicopter. Alongside the pilot this Robinson R44 can seat three passengers so you can invite two family members or friends to join you in the heli for these Surrey tours. There's so much to see from the air too. On take off see if you can glimpse neighbouring Sandhurst & the famous Royal Military Academy. As you commence your flight itinerary west you'll realise just how green the Thames Valley is as your helicopter swoops over the some of Surrey's finest of golf courses & country parks. You'll easily pick out the busy M4 weaving its way along the southern outskirts of Reading as the countryside gives way to the town. You'll continue to head north on your exclusive tour with the helicopter taking you as far as Henley on Thames. Sitting on the edge of the Chiltern Hills & on the banks of the River Thames this is a rather idyllic spot & really quite pretty with the rows of houses lining the river. Henley is the turning point of your exclusive Surrey helicopter tour so it's time to cruise back to base after your wonderful 20-minute aerial adventure. ...
Zip round the track on a Suzuki Swift rally session! The Sport version of these nippy little Japanese superminis has featured in many a rally championship world wide & even has its own race series in several countries. This is your chance to drive this Suzuki rally car in Essex. As rally driving experiences go this one in Essex is a little bit different. For a start there's no tarmac here. A three-mile loose gravel stage has been carved out of the ground to make for a pretty authentically-styled rally stage right here in the middle of the countryside near Saffron Walden. & they only do rallying here - it's their speciality. That's because rally driving has become a passion through the generations of the Clark family who own Langley Lawn Farm. Whilst the farming business still goes strong in between the fields you'll find this well-thought out rally track - & it's great fun to drive it in a Suzuki Swift rally car. What's more current school boss Tom Clark has an impressive track record with these Swifts. As a rookie rallyer Tom competed for two years in Latvia to becomes Junior Champion of the Suzuki Swift Sport 1600 series. The young rally driving champ then returned to the UK to rally with the trusted Swift in the British Rally Championship's Suzuki Sport Cup in 2010 which he won. So it's clear that these days Tom feels at home here in Essex in these Swift Sports which have incidentally all actually been used as competition cars. Being front wheel drive your main task with the Suzuki will be to avoid understeer out on the track (where the car just continues in the same direction when you exit a turn) but in essence the Swifts are great cars for cutting your rally teeth on. & with expert tuition from the likes of Tom & his experienced team of instructors you'll soon start to weave in between those cones with ease kicking up the dust as you go. So if you want the real deal go for the Suzuki Swift rally on the gravel in Essex. authentic cars great teachers giving you in-car coaching & a challenging course allowing you to experience what it'd be like in a proper BRC rally series. Go for the high speed passenger lap add-on extra & it'll be just like being a co-pilot on a rally stage! ...
