Prepare yourself for The Launch. This crazy reverse bungee experience will see you catapulting 120ft into the air. What’s more it’ll be your nearest & dearest who’ll be launching you!

Yep at the press of one very large red button you will be launched at a rate of knots into the sky. It’s all a little bit mad. You will be fully harnessed up & then connected to a single bungee cord which is anchored to the ground. The cord is then stretched...and stretched… & stretched a little bit more until it is at maximum tension.

It’s at precisely this moment that you’ll be looking into the eyes of your loved ones who are on the stage. They will be playing the role of Launch Controllers & they will be the ones firing you skywards with the simple press of a button.

As you heart starts pounding the countdown clock starts ticking. Is that an ever-so-slightly evil smile on their face as they stand there hand poised over the button? Whilst this isn’t Gorbachev or Reagan from the Cold War days the launch controllers do have the power & pressing the button will have consequences
- namely you flying upwards leaving nothing but your screams behind!

So take one last look at your friends & family on the stage & 3 2 1 blast off! Like an overstretched rubber band you’ll ping into the stratosphere (ok not actually that far but it feels like it!). Those very same loved ones will now be gawping at you wide-eyed & mouths open craning their necks to see how you look attached to a bungee cable at 120ft off the ground.

After your aerial exploits you can expect a hearty round of applause from those on the launch stage as you get winched back down to earth. After all it’s not every day you get to travel like a bullet through the air & it’s certainly not every day that your friends & family get to send you up there!

Buy your voucher for The Launch & get ready to go high in the air with up to four of your closest friends or family invited to undertake the task of launching you if you dare!

Get ready & get set for the Smart Bake Off! This culinary challenge sees you taking part in baking lessons that'll task you & your baking comrades to come up with all the sweet goods that taste heavenly. Have you got what it takes to be a great baker? This two hour course will show you all the tips & tricks you need to be able to bake with success. There may be talk of soggy bottoms & chat over what makes a good crumb but there'll also be lots of hands on time for you to be able to make some truly stunning baked goods or desserts that'd be good enough to get the judges's eyes twinkling if they tasted it & maybe earn you a handshake. All the ingredients you need are included in this bake off course & your expert baker host will be holding your hand every step of the way. & unlike the technical challenge on the TV show the recipes you'll be presented with will be complete so they'll be no guessing how long your soufflé needs to be cooked for or whether you should add butter before or after the sugar. As you're whisking your egg whites & waiting for your milk to reach the optimum temperature on the stove you try not to think about what happens if your 'creme pat' comes out curdled or your ganache lacks panache. Those expressions of sad disappointment on the faces of the judges in the TV show are enough to spur all budding bakers on to do their best & that's just what these cake making courses aim to do
- build confidence in the kitchen Of course the competitive element of the Smart Bake Off is just for fun as these baking lessons are all about learning how to succeed with your baking thanks to the experience of your hosts who come equipped with brilliant ideas & lots of chef secrets too. & remember cooking may be a chore but baking is a treat!

Or would you have turned back to base? This brilliant Sully simulator experience lets you explore all the scenarios. On January 15th 2009 Captain Sullenberger & First Officer Jeff Skiles took off from La Guardia Airport in New York to fly US Airways flight number 1549 to Charlotte Douglas Airport in North Carolina. Within minutes of take-off & at about 2800ft the Airbus struck a flock of Canada Geese. Both engines are out. With 155 passengers & crew onboard what would you do? Fly the Mk IX Spitfire simulator! It's a pretty amazing set up that'll have you totally immersed for every single minute that you're in the cockpit. This unique Spitfire simulator is based at a world-leading facility in Goodwood where the simulator is used as part of the flight training programme for new Spitfire pilots. It's a real scoop to be able to offer slots in this professional-standard Spitfire sim
- & we are as excited about it as you are! The starting point for this simulator build was the original parts from a genuine World War 2 Spitfire along with new parts destined for but eventually not used on modern Spitfire restoration projects. Bespoke parts were also fitted to transform this analogue plane into a digital flying machine. As you sit in the cockpit it all looks so real because it is real. For example the gauges are original with working needles & dials all controlled by the modern electronics fitted behind. The Spitfire feels so real as well. That's because th...
