All the ingredients you need are included in this bake off course & your expert baker host will be holding your hand every step of the way. & unlike the technical challenge on the TV show the recipes you'll be presented with will be complete so they'll be no guessing how long your soufflé needs to be cooked for or whether you should add butter before or after the sugar. Or would you have turned back to base? This brilliant Sully simulator experience lets you explore all the scenarios. On January 15th 2009 Captain Sullenberger & First Officer Jeff Skiles took off from La Guardia Airport in New York to fly US Airways flight number 1549 to Charlotte Douglas Airport in North Carolina. Fly the Mk IX Spitfire simulator! It's a pretty amazing set up that'll have you totally immersed for every single minute that you're in the cockpit. This unique Spitfire simulator is based at a world-leading facility in Goodwood where the simulator is used as part of the flight training programme for new Spitfire pilots. It's a real scoop to be able to offer slots in this professional-standard Spitfire sim
- & we are as excited about it as you are! The starting point for this simulator build was the original parts from a genuine World War 2 Spitfire along with new parts destined for but eventually not used on modern Spitfire restoration projects. Bespoke parts were also fitted to transform this analogue plane into a digital flying machine. As you sit in the cockpit it all looks so real because it is real. For example the gauges are original with working needles & dials all controlled by the modern electronics fitted behind. The Spitfire feels so real as well. That's because th...

The boys & girls who run these aerobatics packages call it the ' Utter Nutter' & we think you do have to be just a little bit mad to actually want to get in one of these Extra 300 planes & execute the most extreme aerobatics sequence you'll ever see offered on any activity gift website anywhere Believe us there are not many qualified aerobatics pilots who can confidently pull off these manoeuvres & even the highly experienced ones are at risk of breaking out into a bit of a sweat when it comes to initiating these seriously extreme aerial stunts. So if you think you can handle the world of high altitude rotations & spins what can you expect on your aerobatics day here at Goodwood? Well we'd advise you to expect the unexpected! The Slide At The ArcelorMittal Orbit

Ride the Orbit slide - the highest tallest and longest slide in the whole wide world! You all know just how cool Sir Anish Kapoor's ArcelorMittal Orbit sculpture in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park is. Well a visit to this iconic structure is about to get a whole lot more hair raising with these tickets for the Olympic Park slide. You know what they say: what goes up must come down. In the case of the Orbit you can take the two lifts or the 500-odd stairs all the way up to the viewing platform that sits at 78m above the ground. On a good weather day you can see right across the capital from this East London tower. But what's that screaming noise coming from the corner? Oh that's the next slider rider launching themselves off into the unknown… Put simply the Orbit slide is the way to get
back down from the top of the ArcelorMittal Orbit. The stats say it all. It's 178m long starts at 78m above the ground and will have you twisting and turning around one of the red 'arms' of the Orbit a total of 12 times. The ride lasts 40 seconds and you'll be reaching speeds of up to 15mph. Terrifying thrilling and totally brilliant all at the same time. At the top of the slide you'll be kitted out in elbow pads and head cap. If you imagine a bobsleigh ride down an enclosed narrow metal tube with darks bits and light bits you've pretty much got the idea. Psyched up and ready to go you lie down on your Orbit sliding mat grab the handles and goooooo! Expect hollers of delights screams of fear laughter of joy and big smiles when you conquer this amazing Olympic park slide which finishes with
a nifty near-vertical 50m drop before levelling out and delivering you at the bottom. As you step out of the slide take a moment to take a look back at where you've just come from. Looking like one of those fancy extra twisty drinking straws from the crazy 80s you can't quite believe that just a nanosecond ago it was you sliding down in that tube! Easily the most extreme corkscrew ride ever we think the Orbit slide is the only way to come back down from the top of the ArcelorMittal tower. Forget the lifts ditch the stairs and dare yourselves to ride the slide at London's Olympic Park.
