Peter Mackie, the chairman of Craigellachie Distillery in the early 1900s, was described as ‘one third genius, one third megalomaniac & one third eccentric.’   It’s a combination of traits that many of us at The Single Cask can relate to.   We love Craigellachie whisky because its combination of robust body & faint smoke makes it standout from other Speyside single malts.
