Bold London Spirit is made by infusing sour cherry, Cassia bark & a carefully selected number of botanicals including anise, vanilla, lavender, hibiscus, clove & raspberry leaves. A hint of Juniper too! Woody spices make themselves known upfront, along side big cherry notes & well balanced anise. Cherry dominates the palate, but they are dried out by the Cassia bark & lifted by big spicy notes towards the finish. Serve simply over ice, stir & add a twist of orange zest to be Bold over. Mix with Lemonade with summer fruits or serve with champagne or ginger.
