To the nose: A first impression of fresh almonds, then yellow-flesh fruit aromas evoking peach & mango; toasted, roasted notes accompanied with dried citrus & pink grapefruit. On the palate: A lovely aromatic fullness with honey flavours & a smooth chalky texture; candied lemon notes & a delicious bitterness, a wonderfully refreshing finish. After bottling, cellar ageing take place under a natural cork to protect from oxidation & to preserve the freshness of the wines, the bouquet & the clarity of aromas. Ageing on lees for 9 years.
