Rich & ripe mouth, with tight though racy tannins. Very good ageing potential. Food-wine matches: Game, Venison & Meat dishes in sauce. Service: 17- 18 Degrees C. Vinification: Fermentation in small temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Maturing in oak barrels from France.
