The name of this wine is attached to the legend of the Grand Cru Br&, where a Dragon fought against the sun, Mortally wounded, the dragon withdrew in its cave to die. Light bright yellow. Lemon drop, honey & apricot on the slightly exotic nose. Then juicy & stony in the mouth, with brisk but harmonious acidity framing the orange & lemon fruit flavours. Tactile but not yet expansive, this fairly dense riesling is showing its serious side today. Serve with all types of fish
- sushis
- goat cheese
- chicken on a creamy sauce
- tartar of fish
