Following a deconstruction tasting of the 6 Elements of Ki No Bi, for many Japanese bartenders, the tea element was the most popular &, as a result, we were inspired to create Ki No Tea. Horii Shichimeien, growing & blending teas for 140 years, created a blend of gyokuro & tencha teas exclusively for The Kyoto Distillery to provide a sweet & creamy flavour. Bottled at 45.1%, Ki No Tea's packaging contains a design from a new hangi, created especially for our gin by Kira Karac.
