The vineyards are carefully pruned & together with a strict control of the vigour a very low irrigation is carried out, thus expressing the origin. The yield is a kilo per plant, just enough to produce a bottle of wine. At the exact moment of maturity, & after a hand harvest, the grapes undergo a strict selection. The vinification is carried out in small tanks in order to softly extract the best aromas, flavours & tannins. After the fermentation the wine is oak aged for 18 months. The bottling is carried out with no filtration. This wine has a cut of Malbec & Carmenere, in order to balance the intensity of the tannins of our Cabernet Sauvignon as well as adding elegance & velvetiness.
