This is the top Xynisteri wine in Cyprus. In terms of aroma, it is rich & most compact, dominated by pineapple, peach & butter aromas with vanilla undertones, as part of the wine was allowed to mature for a few months in oak barrels. Due to its location at 1, 400 metres above sea level this wine crisp & full of delicious cool climate fruit, featuring a satin rich taste & refreshing aftertaste, all wrapped in an aroma of wild flowers & fresh fruit. For a Xynisteri wine, it has an exceptionally rich mouth, almost fatty, but at the same time absolutely balanced & with intense & persistent flavour. It is the most interesting dry wine that Cyprus has to offer at the moment.
