Mortice & tenon joints are the single most common joint used in woodworking due to their structural integrity & simplicity, but cutting accurate mortices by hand is a laborious & tricky job. This machine makes accurate & repeated cutting of mortices easy. A hollow square chisel with bit (not supplied) is driven into the timber to produce clean sided square holes.
