Bremerton have been experimenting with making wine without preservatives for a number of years, resulting in this Shiraz. Rich & ripe with a concentrated plum fruit core & a silky texture. Ready to drink now. The fruit was picked from Bremertons Langhorne Creek vineyard. After fermenting in open-top fermenters, the wine was pressed to oak & aged on lees for four months. The natural concentration of anthocyanin (colour) helps preserve this fresh & vibrant wine. Selected barrels were carefully gravity-racked to blend then sent to bottle young to capture the vibrancy.
