A lifted wine with vibrant tropical fruit aromas & a palate that shows subtle pear flavours with a touch of citrus giving the wine mid-palate complexity. It's complimented by a soft acid structure & a lingering finish that will please most palates
- a delightfully fresh wine. Serve slightly chilled with salads, white meats, seafood, spicy Asian or Indian. The Verdelho is made using only free run juice, & minimal skin contact prior to ferment. This has given expression to primary fruit characters. There is a combination of several fermentation parcels picked at varying ripeness levels providing added depth & complexity to the flavour profile. No oak was used in the production of this wine.
