The fully sparkling spumante is DOCG Conegliano e Valdobbiadene from the 2009 vintage. It is soft, scented & grapey, with delicious lightness & a long lasting mousse. Because of the quality of the fruit, the wine has a lower level of residual sugar than is usual with Prosecco, so is drier & more drinkable as a result. Perfect as an aperitif, it is best served between 6-8 degrees C. 100% Prosecco.
