All production takes place in the D.O. Pisco region. Every step is carefully monitored to ensure freshness & the highest quality possible. Up to 15 grape varieties are used including Muscat of Alexandria, Black Muscat & Pedro Ximenez. After initial fermentation the wines are double distilled in copper pot stills, the new spirit is allowed to rest in stainless steel tanks before filtration & bottling. Initially smoky on the nose, crisp & clean with a hint of light peat & fresh citrus edges. Full & flavoursome on the palate with touches of lychee fruit
