Finish: An intense citrus pithiness with lingering lemon zest. The spirit is diluted with water originating from Chase's bore hole from the bottom field of their farm. I always thought flavoured vodkas were down to the mixologists or guys in the bar but we have made, for a bit of fun, a smoked potato vodka & it has turned out to be great, so good we have now succumbed to making flavours but only in small batches of 1000 bottles with each limited edition bottle being numbered & signed. Our smoked vodka is made using the finest English Oak & our traditional copper pot distilling methods to create this fantastic new taste, with a smooth & soft finish.
