Jean-Luc is pioneering vineyard development in a beautiful, scenic area just north of Marseille, & this wine is close to his heart, reflecting the style he wants to make from this area. A light, refreshing, dry rose with abundant yet subtle red fruit characters, dominated by powerful aromas reminiscent of the Mediterranean scrubland (garrigue). On the palate notes of black olives, herbs & fresh fruit evoke the terroir of the Mediterranean coast. The beautiful & aptly named Blue Coast in a glass. This wine is made using the traditional saignee method.
