Blanchette, the original absinthe produced by Distillerie Combier (Saumur, France) circa 1900. Blanchette is a Swiss-style, clear absinthe that yields a distinct aroma & flavour of anise & grande wormwood, with a background of alpine herbs. This fine absinthe was developed for Combier by T. A. Breaux & is now being made by the distillery on their own, using antique copper absinthe stills.
