Soil: The vineyard is located on Gneiss & schistous soils from the Devonian Period & limestone from Kimmeridgian Period. Vinification: Grapes are h&-harvested & destemmed. Extraction is only carried out by punching of the cap during a long maceration (at least four weeks). Maturing: About a half matured in vats & the other half is aged in casks according to the vintage.
Colour: great dark garnet-red. Nose: the first nose has a dominant of graphitic, leather, & then intense aromas of pepper, black fruits... Palate: This wine is rich, dense, fleshy & solar. Main characteristics of this wine are delicate tannins & great freshness. Excellent with a nice piece of beef, Mediterranean food, & strong cheese.
