This cuve combines wines from several harvests that have all been aged for at least 15 years before disgorgement. The blend is of 60% Chardonnay & 40% Pinot Noir, with no malolactic fermentation. 15 ans is bright lemon in colour with fine bubbles. Nectarine & peach notes combine with fragrances of biscuit & sweet spices to develop a complex & powerful nose that follows through onto the palate.
