Our Koyle Reserva Syrah comes from hand harvested grapes during the optimal point of maturity. A strict selection of the best grapes is followed by a 5 day cold maceration, after which a two week temperature controlled fermentation is carried out. 60% of the wine aged in French oak for 12 months & the rest is aged oak free in order to maintain aromas & characteristics of each variety. Our Koyle Reserva Syrah is blended with Carmenere, thus searching elegance & softness for its tannins. Our Syrah delivers mineral notes which contribute elegance & freshness. It is a wine with a long & persistent ending which shows notes of our terroir of Los Lingues. Intense ruby red colour, dried herbs, earthy, cassis & espresso flavours. Clean fruit in the palate, muscular but fresh on the finish, with a welcome note of elegant & fine tannins, long & moldering on the finish.
