A dark ruby colour, with a mix of gooseberry, mulberry together with layers of black tea & black pepper. With silky tannins & tobacco notes & with a long, dense & solid finish. Will have a friendly ageing. The grapes of this wine come from low fertility soils & high density plantations, where the roots can extract the minerality & freshness of the rocks of our terroir. The vineyards are carefully pruned & together with a strict control of the vigour a very low irrigation is carried out, thus expressing the origin.
