The name means golden kisses. A mixture of brandy from Jerez & Horchata from Valencia. Horchata is a milky like drink, made from the Chufa. Chufas are tiny tubers, which grow in the ground in the region of Valencia. They look a bit like peanuts, but are not nuts. The Spanish dry them in the sun, grate them into powder, add water & sugar, then boil it up to make Horchata. It is one of the most popular drinks in Spain, & it is always served Ice Cold!
