The vineyard is on loamy, clay, volcanic soil & has a Southern exposure. The altitude is 90m
- 120m. The grapes were handpicked during the last week of March & first week of April & had skin contact for 1 day before natural fermentation; 30% in stainless steel & 70% in French oak barrels for 6 months. The wine was bottled in October The wine is a mid straw colour & is clean & bright. The nose shows intense soft white fruits with a touch of vanilla & the palate has complex ripe fruit, delicate floral characters, balanced acidity with a peppery finish. This is a voluptuous wine.
