The soil is chalky & loamy & the vineyard’s sun exposure is both North & South. The altitude is 90m to 120m. The grapes were handpicked during the first & second week of April & they had skin contact for 1 day. Fermentation was at 14 Deg C for 3 weeks & the wine was bottled in October. This wine is a mid straw colour & is clear, bright, vibrant with a youthful hue. On the nose it shows intense pineapple characters with a delicate touch of freshly mown grass, underneath riper fruits, white peach & floral notes. Fresh acidity persists & gives great length. Finishes with a flinty mineral touch. Enjoy now with seafood, salads & goat cheese
