Made from only Scottish malted barley, Glenglassaugh water & yeast. Matured in first fill ex bourbon barrels for one year & reduced with Glenglassaugh water to 50% abv. Not chill-filtered, no artificial colour & bottled on site at Glenglassaugh distillery.
Colour: Sauvignon Blanc / pale straw. Nose: Sweet vanilla, creamy toffee & lashings of buttery vanilla fudge. Amazingly soft at one year old. Palate: More buttery vanilla & sweet creamy fudge. Medium- bodied, round & smooth. Finish: Sweet & lingering with a trace of cereal.
