Colour: Rich Bronze. Nose: Rich sherry aromas, eucalyptus & cedar followed by a boiled fruit medley, too complex to break down. Palate: Rich dried fruit dominates but the boiled fruits appear in the mid palate with hints of vanilla, spices & salt denoting the maritime environment. Finish: A long finish follows where the dried fruits & fresh fruit compliment each other.
