Colour: Rich Bronze. Nose: Rich sherry aromas, eucalyptus & cedar followed by a boiled fruit medley, too complex to break down. Palate: Rich dried fruit dominates but the boiled fruits appear in the mid palate with hints of vanilla, spices & salt denoting the maritime environment. Finish: A long finish follows where the dried fruits & fresh fruit compliment each other.

Colour: Amber. Nose: Rich, complex & full with luxurious tropical fruits of peach, mango & banana, complimented with sultanas, sherry & gentle oak spice. Palate: Sweet & soft with near perfect balance of fruit; mango, orange, figs & sweet sultana, followed by a wave of sherry, toffee & ginger oak spice. Finish: Warm, soft & gently spiced.

Finish: Long, attention-retaining, cappuccino flavoured finish.

There is molasses & hickory notes too. Palate: It is silky, deep, rich & mellow in the mouth with loads of marmalade, juicy dates, burnt raisins, smooth bitter chocolate & Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee notes, mocha too. Theres a whiff of peat & fine, delicate smoke. Finish: A long, fine, firm finish.

Colour: Colourless, slight clouding on addition of water. Nose: Creamy butterscotch & custard creams give way to delicate notes of sweet hay & freshly cut grass. With water, this spirit becomes very floral & fruity, pineapple cubes & lemon curd, with a hint of apricot & plum sneaking through. A fresh, vibrant, summery spirit. Palate: Powerful at first with a wave of chilli & black pepper, giving way to a sweetness reminiscent of toffee & liquorice. Finish: Warming & spicy, the liquorice lingering on the sides of the tongue.

Palate: Initially extremely creamy & full, like velvet. Very sweet smoke slowly climbs to the back palate, peaking with rounded ashy flavours & traces of sweet red liquorice. Wonderfully round.
