Limited stock. The Green Point Chardonnay is an elegant varietal style with complexity from barrel fermentation, lees stirring & ageing in French oak barriques. A pale straw yellow with green tints. Complex aromas of fresh peaches, grapefruit rind & cinnamon combine with spicy vanillin oak. Stone fruit & citrus flavours develop on the palate & are enhanced by a creamy texture derived from 6 months of lees stirring. Subtle flint & savoury flavours extend the palate & provide a lingering, crisp finish. Cellaring potential is 5-8 years.
