A special selection from the best butts of an old Pedro Ximenez solera. The wine was launched in 1996, to commemorate the centenary anniversary of Lustau's foundation. Production is limited to just one bottling each year. Of a very dark brown colour, opaque & viscous, redolent of ripe fruit, liquorice & molasses on the nose. Soft, velvety & sweet on the palate. Balanced, with a long finish which shows the age of the wine. Food pairings
- Ideal poured over vanilla or macadamia ice cream, with Belgian chocolate & other rich desserts such as tiramisu. Also as a digestif for the sweet-toothed. Limited stock.

A dark gold colour with copper hints. Penetrating smoky wood aromas. In the mouth the wine is soft, reminiscent of dates & dried apricots. Complex & well balanced. The ' Anada 1997' is a vintage sherry produced from 100 per cent Palomino grapes. In order to preserve the natural sugars fermentation was arrested, & the wine was aged for 17 years in American oak barrels. The 1997 vintage produced 8.000 bottles. Food pairings

The Muscat d' Alexandria (Moscatel) grapes, cultivated in their vineyard Las Cruces are laid out in the sun until they become raisins. Fermentation is arrested early, in order to keep the natural sugar of the grapes. It has a dark mahogany colour, with a green-yellow rim. Intense citrus & floral aromas. On the palate it is smooth and rich at the beginning, full of prune and burned oranges peel flavours. Provocative spicy notes appear just before its nuttiness cuts through the sweetness. A smooth and rich sweet sherry made of 80% Palomino and 20% Pedro Ximnez. It offers vibrant and well-integrated notes of maple syrup, brown sugar, shoe polish and raisin. Its ageing process recreates that of the wines which crossed the oceans in the 17th-century voyages, with each wine separately matured in its own solera for 12 years before blending and additional three years ageing.
