Aged for 12 years in our bodegas of Jerez, in American oak casks through the traditional method of 'solera & criaderas'. Mahogany in colour, with penetrating smoky aromas. Reminiscent of dark chocolate & walnuts in the mouth. Intense & concentrated finish, lightened by a tangy acidity. Food pairings
