Madeira is a fortified wine made from local grape varieties. Which undergoes a unique heating process known as Estafugem. It is then filled into oak casks & matured in traditional Canteiro warehouses designed to capture the suns heat, warming the casks producing a remarkably rich, intensely complex wine. Palate: It is silky, deep, rich & mellow in the mouth with loads of marmalade, juicy dates, burnt raisins, smooth bitter chocolate & Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee notes, mocha too.
