Arbutus Unedo Rubra (Strawberry Tree) This evergreen RHS AGM winner forms a bushy habit with plenty of year-round interest from its green leathery textured leaves. With rough red-brown bark, and delicate urn-shaped flowers which provide creamy-white or pink nectar-filled blooms in the late-season. These flowers later form rounded red strawberry-like edible fruits, gaining the evergreen name Pink Strawberry Tree. Cercidiphyllum Japonicum Cercidiphyllum japonicum is a large deciduous tree grown for its attractive heart-shaped foliage, which changes colour as the seasons progress. Young leaves are bronze when they appear, turning bright green in summer, and then changing again in autumn to stunning shades of pink, orange and yellow. The best colours are produced when the tree is grown on moist, slightly acidic soils. An added bonus is the burnt-sugar scent of the fallen leaves. Flowers May-June. Height 301cm+.

Isoplexis Plants - Bella An exotic relative of the humble foxglove! Be one of the first to grow this pure Canary Island Foxglove. Isoplexis have been getting a lot more coverage in recent years thanks to some new hybrids. However, brand new 'Bella' is pure Canary Island Foxglove through and through, and you'll be soon salivating over its tropical looks! After sowing out the first and second populations from the native species, plants with garden-worthy traits were selected. After a few years, 'Bella' was found; a handsome plant with a voluptuous sub-shrub shape, profuse flowering, bright colours and drought tolerance. In the wild this psychedelic foxglove favours the edge of the forest, so when planted into the garden they enjoy sun as well as shade. The three foot tall plants are shaped like a candelabra, with tremendous garden presence, even when not in flower.
