Clematis 'Nelly Moser' is an old-established but still very popular cultivar. An early-flowering form, it produces large pale mauve-pink flowers with a darker pink central stripe on each petal and dark red-brown centres. The first flush of flowers is produced in late spring, with a second flush in early autumn. It does best in partial shade, as the flower colour fades in full sun, and can be grown on north-facing walls. Clematis 'Nelly Moser' is in pruning group 2. Flowers May-September. Height 150-200cm. Supplied in a 2-3 litre pot.
