    colour when its cooked.
    Kaukura - One of the
    newly bred ornamental
    edible sweet potatoes
    that is an orange-skinned
    and orange-fleshed
    variety which is
    delicious! Deep purple
    heart-shaped leaves that
    are as ornamental as the
    tubers are tasty.
